Vicki Hines is an elementary school librarian, author, and descendant of Tennessee’s early pioneers. She loves to read, write, and talk about Tennessee history. In 2021 she was awarded the East Tennessee Historical Society’s Award of Distinction for authoring the biographies of John Donelson, James Robertson, and John Sevier.
